| Just when we thought lip pencil was a thing of the past (remember the ‘90s?), the makeup tool of yore is making a singular comeback. Luckily, beauty experts aren’t telling us to resume drawing a thick black line around our pout and filling in the rest with a contrasting hue, because we refuse to resuscitate that hideous look! Rather, drawing a subtle line around the lips with a liner of the same shade as our lipstick helps to keep the look intact for far longer. Now that’s more like it! |
