Surprise! A DoL that isn't strictly a lipstick! Instead, it's a rather glam Urban Decay Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Colour. That means it's a lip pencil that you can easily slick on your lips and go! I have the pencil in Lovechild which is quite a warm-toned pink, and that makes a nice change from all the blue-based pale pinks out there.

It's super easy to apply, and the lid stays on well in my handbag so there's little opportunity for any messy bag linings (NARS lip pencil whose lid randomly pops off, I'm looking directly at you).

Although the pencil says it's high gloss, I'm not convinced it is. I hate that super shiny sticky lip appearance and this gives a bit of shine without looking like you could see your reflection in my lips.

Another benefit of not being crazy glossy? The hair/wind/face factor is massively reduced. This feels much more like a thick lipbalm than a gloss. Yay for not being sticky!

It lasts fairly well, but once you eat the colour is gone but tbh you could probably apply this without a mirror so touchups aren't a massive problem!

Oh and I've also seen this in a darker colour which has AMAZING pigmentation.

The Super-Saturated pencil gets a massive thumbs up from me!
