Eye pencil is the one makeup product that either 'has to' be good or should be thrown in trash. Where does this one stand? Lets find out...

Introduction:

This lip/eye pencil in shade 'Bullet Proof Black' is by Glamorous Cosmetics. It has a dark black color.

Pros:

• Creamy formula that glides on eyes and lips easily.
• Can be used as a base for eye shadows.
• Stays on water line for 2-3 hours if sealed with an eye shadow.
• Non irritant.
• Built in sharpener.

Cons:

• Not smudge proof and water proof.

Swatch:

In first picture below, is a swatch for this eye/lip pencil. No primer or base has been used. In second picture, you can see how it looks like after it has been smudged.

Overall Experience & Recommendation:

Though this liner is not water proof or smudge proof, I still use it on daily basis for my water line and sometimes to create smokey eye makeup. It does not crease if it is not applied over a primer or base but it does not stay for more than 2-3 hours, specifically in a humid weather like I have around here.

You might not like it if you have oily lids but it is a good eye liner for those who has sensitive eyes but it needs touch ups.
